At Portuguese Flannel, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If your garment doesn’t meet your expectations, you can return or exchange any unworn items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the garment is in its original condition.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Ship and Refund

  Drop off the package at any authorized carrier location; once received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
